1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You can return items within 7 calendar days from the delivery date as confirmed by our courier tracking system.

  • Items must be unworn, free from stains, odors, pet hairs, any signs of wear, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Your order number and email used at purchase is required.

2. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

    • Refunds will reflect the price paid at checkout. If the item is no longer on promotion, the new order will be subject to current pricing

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

3. Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not process direct exchanges.

  • If you’d like a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

4. Exclusion

  • Items that were marked down with discount or indicated at the product page that are non-refundable are not eligible for the Return & Refund policy

  • Non-refundable items will be clearly labeled on the product page at the time of purchase

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
    • Photo or video evidence may be required before we approve free return shipping for defective/incorrect item.
